  • Minimum order quantities apply based on customer type.

    Convenience, Independent Wholesale Customers

    • Minimum $500 per order

    • $15 delivery fee

    Vending & Bulk Customers

    • Minimum $1,000 per order

    • $15 delivery fee

    Orders that do not meet these minimums may be held until the minimum requirement is met or scheduled for a later delivery.

  • Vend Central requires a minimum two (2) business day lead time for all delivery orders. Delivery orders must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the scheduled delivery date.

    Direct Store Delivery Examples:

    • Monday Delivery → Order by Thursday

    • Tuesday Delivery → Order by Friday

    • Wednesday Delivery → Order by Monday

    Customer Pre-Ordered Customer Pickup (CPU) Cut-Off:

    • 12:00 PM EST for next-business-day pickup orders

    Customers also have the ability to visit and shop directly during normal walk-in business hours. Walk-in customers may purchase product onsite and pay at the register during operating hours of Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST.

    Please Note: Customers are expected to place orders in alignment with their regularly scheduled delivery day. Orders received after cut-off times or outside of the normal delivery schedule may be fulfilled on the next available delivery day once reviewed and confirmed by our Customer Service team.

    To help ensure product availability and smooth operations, we strongly encourage customers to place orders as far in advance as possible whenever feasible – particularly for special order items.

  • To ensure efficient operations and maintain competitive pricing for all customers, Vend Central maintains the following payment terms for all orders and deliveries.

    Standard Payment Terms (COD)

    • Unless otherwise approved in writing by Vend Central, all customer orders are Cash on Delivery (COD).

    • Accepted forms of payment at the time of delivery include:

      • Cash

      • Check / Business Check

      • Money Order

    • Payment must be provided at the time of delivery. Vend Central reserves the right to withhold delivery of product if payment cannot be collected upon arrival.
